Life coaching is a CBT – discussion therapy. Its ambition is to increase personal happiness. It involves focussing together on specific strategies to achieve positive change and illustrate and remove any barriers to this change, such as fear and pessimism.

Life coaching is an investment in oneself and ones goals, to help reach personal potential and as a result bring about self-happiness.

One to one executive coaching is used to develop skills and competences, to improve leadership abilities and increase confidence and motivation.

Once individuals reach senior management level the need for tailor-made and personal solution plans increases and account is taken of the importance of ‘work life balance’ to avoid ‘burn out’. Through collaborative working, targets and goals can be set within a confidential environment.
